Basket
If you know the product code of the item/s you are
purchasing you can enter them in the quick order form along
with the number of products required.
Otherwise, browse the products in the shop and add any items
required to the shopping basket. When complete select "Delivery
region" to add postage and then click "Proceed to
checkout" to continue with you purchase. To browse or
search for other products, please click "Return to shop".
Delivery Details
Enter the details of the address where the goods are
to be delivered. Then enter the address where the billing
information is to be sent. If this is the same address as
the delivery address you will not need to enter it twice,
just click on the link below the delivery details and the
billing address will automatically be updated. You will need
to confirm these details before proceeding through the rest
of the order process. At this stage you can still edit the
contents of your basket or change the delivery/billing addresses.

Payment Details
Enter the credit card details on the payment details
page. You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch,
or American Express card.
Order Acknowledgement
Once you have completed all the previous steps you
will be able to check all your details and click submit order.
Upon submission of this page your order will be directed to
Peeks. You will be sent a confirmation of receipt via email
and you will be presented with an online reference number
for your proposed order.
Delivery
Standard Delivery: Theme &
Fundraising based orders will be delivered subject to availability
within 3-5 working days of order being received. Christmas
orders please allow up to 28 days.
Express Delivery please allow
2-3 working days. Express deliveries must be received before noon. This service is not available on all deliveries
to Scottish Highlands and Islands. For details of non-mainland
and export deliveries please contact our Customer Services

Export Orders – All customs
duties, carriage and insurance for overseas orders are payable
by the customer. On receipt of your proposed order a quotation
will be sent - please contact our Customer Services Department
on +44 (0) 1202 489489 for quotation and further details.
Small Order Handling Charge
– For orders below £35 (ex VAT / Carriage) a £5
(ex VAT) handling charge will be incurred.
Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. Return
carriage charges will be paid by the Buyer and a 10% handling
charge may be incurred by the Buyer unless goods are faulty.
If delivered goods are faulty or incomplete please contact
us within 3 days of delivery. The Buyer’s statutory
rights are not affected by this Policy.
