Fundraising Legality

Fetes, Bazaars, Carnivals etc., are treated as “Exempt

fundraising game tickets do not need to be overprinted providing
they are only sold at these events and a fundraising permit
is not required by your local authority. No action is therefore
needed.

or sea front, your tickets must be overprinted or rubber stamped
with specific information. We can have your tickets overprinted
but delivery can take up to 4 weeks. Please telephone for
details.
Private Lotteries (section 4)
If tickets sales are to members of a club and sold on the
club’s premises or sold to persons who work or live
on the same premises only limited information needs to be
printed on to the tickets – please telephone for details.
In all cases if you are in any doubt please check with your
local authority.
