Sending an item back to us

We work hard to make sure your order arrives with you on time and in good condition and 98.6% of the time that is exactly what happens!

However if things do go wrong and any part of your order is delivered faulty or incomplete please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. Please contact us or call us on 01202 489489 for a return of goods reference number. Unless goods are faulty return carriage costs will be payable by the customer and a 10% handling charge may be incurred. Your statutory rights are not affected by this Policy.
