BFPO: British Forces Post Office. 
Carriage charge £10.50 (plus VAT) per package.
We utilise Parcelforce for delivery to the HQ British Forces Post Office in Ruislip.
BFPO restrictions: 
Weight: parcels should exceed 30kg however some BFPO destinations will stipulate lower weights. 
For example currently Iraq and Afghanistan the maximum is 2kg. BFPO to ships max weight 11kg.
Dimensions: max length/girth combined not to exceed 2m, max length of any side not to exceed 1.05m. 
If an item requested exceeds these limits we will advise.
We are unable to track any parcels after receipt by Ruislip or suggest any transit times.
